Bible Study in schools’ curriculum

Fri Feb 13, 2015

Editor: I am a patriotic Vincentian, and I am in solidarity with my brothers and sisters in the Lord. The Book of Proverbs Chapter 14 and verse 34 says, righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin a reproach to any people. It is also stated in the Bible, to train up a child in the way he should go, that when he is old he will not depart from it.{{more}}

The dirty lyrics that come from the mini vans, with which our children jollificate themselves and the inappropriate use of the laptops and cell phones are elements of immortality. They do not exalt our nation, and bring about a curse on our nation and move our young generation towards a Christ-less eternity.

In the midst of life we are in death; diverse disasters are hovering over our heads. It is my opinion that Bible study should be incorporated into the schools’ curriculum, so that our children would grow up in the fear of God and help all alleviate crimes and violence in our nation. I do hope that the relevant authority takes it into consideration.
