Congratulations to two outstanding Vincentians

Editor: I would like to say thanks to two outstanding persons who are former students and teachers at the Girls’ High School. I refer to Governor General’s Deputy, HE Dame Monica Dacon, and and the newly sworn in Governor General’s Deputy, HE Susan Dougan.{{more}}

Dame Monica Dacon has certainly inspired many with her admirable service to the nation. I wish her all the best in the future.

I would like to congratulate HE Susan Dougan on her appointment. I am confident that she, too, will serve ably with dedication and distinction.

We appreciate and applaud the service of these civic-minded individuals and note their contribution to the nation. They are excellent role-models.

I would also like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
