Praise FM celebrates

Fri Aug 23, 2013

Editor: PRAISE FM celebrated its 15th anniversary recently. Pastor Errol Daniel and his saintly wife, children and members of the Streams of Power Church should be highly congratulated for demonstrating to all that with God all things are possible. Dr Jules Ferdinand was comprehensive and elegant and lavish in his praise for Praise F.M. in his column in the Vincentian newspaper.{{more}} What he said and how he said it would decorate and embellish the pages of the history of Praise F.M. It appears to be unsurpassable.

I was greatly touched by what was said by Mandella Campbell and Luke Browne. Mandella made mention of another person, Tamira Browne, all of whom appeared on the first Children’s Praise Programme of Praise F.M. These once tender voiced children are now adults. Mandella went on to become a national scholar and an outstanding graduate in Law. She is now a very successful Barrister-at-Law with her father, P.R. Campbell.

The next beginner at the time, Luke Browne, emerged as a national scholar and as St Vincent’s first Rhodes Scholar to Oxford University. He excelled in Economic. Statistics and Mathematics at the Master’s level at Oxford University.

The third, Tamira Browne, has already completed work at the master’s level and was appointed the Caricom Ambassador for St Vincent and the Grenadines. She is at present leading a team of Caricom Youth Ambassadors in Russia. Something good is really going on at Streams of Power Church. Pastor Daniel and Mrs Daniel are gifted and blessed. God is really at work in that church. No other church, it seems, has such an impressive number of national scholars. Indeed, the Bible is right when we are admonished to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. The examples at Streams of Power are numerous. May God continue to bless the Pastor and members of that church.
