False prophets blinding us spiritually

False prophets, professing to have been sent from God, are on a rampage in St Vincent and the Grenadines.{{more}}

Past episodes of the televised programme “Encounter” on SVGTV have warned about false prophets and the deception they use to fool God’s people.

The hosts of this programme spent weeks on the topic of “deception”, warning the nation about the many wolves in sheep’s clothing that are in our society today.

In God’s word, the Holy Bible, we are warned “Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” Matthew 7.15.

The Bible also warns us in 1st Timothy 4:1 “that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.”

These same seducing spirits that the Bible warned us about, are operating in our society today, preaching and teaching the doctrine of devils, destroying families and eroding the very foundation of our Vincentian civilization. American Apostle Jonas Clarke has written an article entitled “stopping wizards in prophetic disguise.”

In it he warns about spirits of divination, which give false prophecy and confuse the children of God. Spirits of divination are also in operation here in St Vincent and the Grenadines. They meet you in person, or they call you on the phone, telling you that they have a word from the Lord for you. Listening to these demons and following their false teachings will lead you straight to hell.

True prophetic ministry from God is not something mystical, confusing, ambiguous, enchanting or bewitching.

The opposite of this is plain and simple sorcery. Many modern day sorcerers are walking about in our land. Some of them adorn themselves in robes and raiment, as if they are heavenly creatures. But another warning comes to us in 2nd Corinthians 11:14, that “Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”

These false prophets are blinding us spiritually, as they lead us into the Kingdom of Darkness.
