Quite pleased with service at hospital

Editor: I had reason to take my autistic son to the Accident and Emergency department on the morning of Sunday, November 4. I was quite pleased with the customer service that I received and so I am writing about my pleasant experience.{{more}}

This experience started when I made an enquiry over the phone about whether certain services were available. The person on the line was so pleasant and invited me to bring the child to see the doctor. I walked in filled with trepidation, as usually the nurses are so ill-tempered when they deal with my son, I dread going to the place, but what a transformation this morning. Everyone seemed to be in such a good mood and professionalism literally oozed from all the staff on duty. The patience displayed by the nurses was heart-warming and I took time to ask the young doctor his name. Dr Billy seems to be a young doctor, but the professionalism and customer service experienced by me and my son were appreciated greatly. Thank you, A& E staff.

The issue with my son is still ongoing, but I left there feeling that much better for your hospitality. May God bless you richly as you continue to offer great service to patients in SVG.
