Clean up Kingstown!

Editor: I was in SVG two months ago on holiday. I purchased a snowcone which was awful, so I wanted to throw it away. There were no garbage cans around, so I asked a passing police officer where to throw the garbage. She told me to just throw it in the gutter. My wife and I were shocked by the answer we had received.
