Congratulations to Mr Godfred Pompey

Editor: In my last article in the newspaper, I quoted from the Bible, the New American Standard version, Proverbs Chapter 3 v 27 which admonishes us and I quote, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due when it is in your power to do it”. I must emphasize the words: “When it is your power to do it.”{{more}}

It is with this reminder that I stop to personally and publicly say CONGRATULATIONS to another son of the soil Mr. Godfred Timothy Pompey, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of National Security, who has just received the title of MBE for his contribution to National Security and Public Service, a well deserved position, Sir. Continue to walk humbly and use your position or office to honour God.
