Job 34:10, 12 clearly shows that the Almighty God does not do wicked things. Thus, is it reasonable to say that the Almighty God will take a young child from its parent(s), leaving the parent(s) to suffer grief? Remember, even the perfect son of God, Jesus wept at Lazarusâ death, thus feeling the grief/pain that death brings. The Bible calls âdeathâ an enemy, not a friend.
(1 Corinthians 15:26) So would God really do something that grieves parents and others? Psalms 127:3 tells us that âchildren are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.â Hence, God has given children as a reward, a gift to parents. Are we to say that after giving parents a valuable gift, God takes back that gift? Therefore, it is wrong to say that God takes peoplesâ lives in order to have them in Heaven with him. Death is the result of sin, inherited from Adam and Eve, as is evident from what Romans 5:12 states. Letâs always remember that God NEVER does what is wicked to hurt anyone. (James 1:13)
