Be careful what you say on a political platform

Editor: Filing private complaints should not be new to old people like me.{{more}}
I think the DPP was not born when the late Stanley Morris of Layou (he supported Herman Young then) filed a private complaint against Alpheus âAlfiâ King (Chairman of a SVLP meeting at Layou) in which King had used the platform to make unbecoming accusations of Morris, who was then a Headteacher.
Morris won the matter and was compensated by the court. Be careful what you say on a political platform.
One does not have a RIGHT to say what one feels. May God bless our lovely St.Vincent and the Grenadines, my homeland.
