Where has all this money gone?

EDITOR: I write to you in my capacity as Leader of the socially conscious SVG Green Party and as a concerned citizen of St Vincent and the Grenadines, in relation to the financial matters of Petro Caribe SVG.{{more}}
Petro Caribe SVG was registered in November 2005 and it receives about 8 to 10 million dollars every month from VINLEC for oil. So 38 months at $10 million is $380 million. SVG public has not seen a financial statement or a press release about where that $380 million has gone. Has the ULP regime spent that money? The SVG public has a right to know what is going on at Petro-Caribe SVG.
The SVG Green Party demands open transparent governance. And in the interest of the people demands that financial statements of Petro Caribe SVG are tabled in the House of Assembly or be made a public document within twenty-eight days.
