Enlighten the nation, please!

16.MAY.08

Editor: I would like a lawyer to enlighten the nation as to the occasion in which a wife who has not contributed anything towards the building of the matrimonial home, nor has no children during the marriage, can end up being given the house in a divorce settlement. This even though this was the only house contested up to the date of divorce in an action in the High Court.

This has never occurred in the whole history of family law.
