NDP should apologise for misleading people

Editor: It’s interesting to note the concern that the world at large is now showing to energy conservation. This has become a hot topic particularly in the developed countries; the Australians, the European Union and Britain have now decided to phase out incandescent bulbs in the next few years.

We are usually the ones in small states to follow their lead. However it’s refreshing to see that our government has decided to be proactive in this case.

It has occurred to me that the New Democratic Party propagandist owes the willingly gullible an apology for deliberately misleading them into believing that the energy-saving bulbs contained microphones and cameras. I say “DELIBERATELY” because I’m sure that he knew that these same bulbs have been available for sale in Kingstown for quite some time. I bought a couple some years ago.
