Fire Chief: More fire hydrants needed

EDITOR: It is refreshing to have a Fire Chief who seems to know and understand his job. Government should look at furnishing the Fire Department with the equipment and man/womanpower it needs.

Why does Earl James only hold the rank of Station Sergeant? Why is our nation’s Fire Chief not at least at the rank of ASP?
