Chatoyer should remain our only national hero

Editor: I wish to give support to the views expressed by Allan Palmer with a minor modification. Nominations for National Hero should be reviewed once in 7 years instead of 5.

If we have a system of national honors, we would start by examining the claims of those whose names have been mentioned so far against such a list, and will probably find that G. McIntosh, for instance, is deserving of a national honor, but not necessarily that of National Hero.

To be honest, I do not think anyone mentioned so far measures up to the qualities we have come to associate with Chatoyer. I would like to suggest that he remain our only Hero for the time being.
