Let us know which are throw-away promises

Editor: Now that the election has been called, we will be listening to a lot of campaign promises being made over the coming weeks.

When the leaders of the ULP and the NDP make an election promise, will they kindly tell us if it is a true promise upon which they are prepared to act if elected, or if it is a throw-away promise? {{more}}

After all, it was the leader of the ULP who said that all politicians make throw-away promises during an election campaign.

All of the voters in this country deserve to be told at the time election promises are made which of those promises will be throw-away so that we are more informed when deciding for whom we will cast our ballots.
