Great initiative by Minister of Transport, Works and housing

Editor: Many thanks and appreciation must be given to the Minister of Transport, Works and Housing for his initiative in presenting a proposal of some $23 millions to have all the roads in the island repaired. This is indeed commendable.{{more}}

I just want to remind the honourable minister that in North Leeward, the main road from Coulls Hill to Troumaca needs asphalt. Presently, it is concreted and in some areas the steel is exposed. It was never covered with asphalt.

So please if you can remember us, we would be grateful. The present condition of the road is making the ride uncomfortable and it is having an effect on the vehicles, in terms of the brakes and tyres.
