National Insurance Service and Lottery

Editor: The National Lottery Scheme seems to have become, like the National Insurance Scheme Service, important and indispensable in our social life.
In no time at all, it has become 20 years old and every week, at present, it gobbles up $1/2 million of small change from thousands of our citizens who will never see even the shadow of their wealth again. {{more}}
What the “Lotto” has done is to demonstrate that there is a pool of money among our workers, the unemployed and professionals that comes to life and action if there is sufficient motivation.
Just imagine the total sum that the Lotto has collected over 20 years! Is it $1 million, $5 million, $20 million, $100 million or $$$…
The strong point of the Lotto is what it sells. It sells big hopes, dreams and visions of instant future substance.
