PSU disavows all public statements made by its Grievance Officer
The Public Service Union (PSU) has “strongly disavowed any public statement made by its Grievance Officer in the past or any he continues to make purportedly on behalf of the PSU”.
In a release issued yesterday, General Secretary Philip Bailey said any dissemination of information to its members or the public will be done via the PSU Facebook account, its Radio Programme on Majic 103.7 FM, press releases or at press conferences.
The release said the officers authorized to make public statements are the President, General Secretary and the Public Relations Officer “within guidelines”.
“Any other officer doing so must be granted specific permission from the President or the Executive,” the release said.
