Richardson Motors launches loyalty programme

A household name in the fuel, minimart and automobile repair industry, Richardson Motors will launch their rewards manager-loyalty programme come Monday, June 19, 2017.

Richardson Motors offers its first ever loyalty programme, filled with benefits and a comprehensive points system for an elevated shopping experience and customer service.

Customers visiting the minimart will have the opportunity to register for one of the barcode readable loyalty cards instantaneously. The card comes ready to use and points can be accumulated and redeemed immediately after registration.

Richardson Motors Ltd is the only business of its type to offer this category of customer benefit.

“With the design of the programme, our goal is to take our customer service to the next level, allowing our customers to earn savings while they shop,” commented managing director at Richardson Motors, Marc Richardson.

Loyalty points can be redeemed on drinks, snacks, toiletries and automotive parts and accessories. Points cannot be credited to an account, exchanged for cash, used towards fuel, propane and phone card purchases.

“Richardson Motors aims to cater to the everyday needs of its customers, offering an element of practicality in every initiative executed,” further commented Richardson.
