Following the training, the participants will be engaged in a graduation ceremony, in which they will get an opportunity to show off their new found talent.

Experienced pan player and tuner Francis ‘Pess’ Llewellyn and Makhalia Knights would be the two resource persons who will take the pannists through their paces.

Knights was a member of the first batch of trainees at the inaugural programme in 1995.

Parents and guardians who wish to have their children enrolled in the programme may obtain forms from I’ Sheka De Riggs at the Mustique Company, Tillal Webb at the Ministry of Transport and Works in Kingstown, or contact any member of the Sion Hill Euphonium.(RT)
