Many coconut dishes and treats were on display and on sale, including coconut cake, bread, pudding, popsicles, slices and much more.

Later that evening, patrons were treated to a cultural package that included many traditional Vincentian folk songs.

There were three competitions held during the event and the results are as follows: Best Poster (Revive Coconut, Restore Health) – Sachi Clarke; Best Coconut Dish (coconut rice pudding) – Judith Wallace; and Best Original Song (We Have Come Far) – Chrissy Christopher.

The committee wishes to thank its many sponsors and the patrons who attended.
