South Leeward Highway Rehabilitation Project to be discussed at NOBA meeting


The National Omni Bus Association (NOBA) is inviting all of its members, bus owners and drivers, to attend a General Meeting of the Association at the Arnos Vale, Sporting Complex (Netball Centre) this Sunday, from 3 p.m.{{more}}

Among other things on the agenda, an official of the South Leeward Highway Rehabilitation Project will be on hand to provide an update.

Van operators using the South Leeward Highway are asked to make a special effort to be present.  The South Leeward Road Project is a 21-month event that will have tremendous effect on omnibus operators.

President of NOBA Anthony Bacchus has indicated that he hopes to have a good turnout at this meeting and hopes that minibus operators turn out and seize the opportunity to give their voice to matters on the agenda.

The Association appeals to all members and prospective members of the Association to turn up on time for this very important meeting.

The National Omni Bus Association is a registered organization for well over 20 years.  The organization is the sole entity recognized by the Transport Board to negotiate on behalf of omni- bus operators.
