Eleven students receive bursaries from BRAGSA


Eleven students, whose parents are employed at the Roads, Buildings and General Services Authority (BRAGSA), were this week given bursaries to assist with their transition from primary to secondary school.{{more}}

This is the fifth year that children of employees are receiving assistance from the company to attend secondary school.

The students were urged by BRAGSA Marketing Manager Roxtanne Millington, to set achievable goals for themselves as they continue on their educational path.

The parents were persuaded to continue encouraging and supporting their children as they begin the journey of secondary education.

The students receiving the bursaries were: Jolesia May, Ell-tia Thompson, Cledon Glynn, Lonasha Carter, Zanai Woods, Nicolette Thomas, Omar Jack,Uriah Haywood, Venique Baptiste,Ravi Francois and Deraj Williams.
