Eustace was ordered by a tribunal to pay Nichols, his personal secretary of 12 years a total of EC $16,199.99 in severance.

He was ordered to do so within one month, which ends today.

Nicholls’ services were terminated by Eustace in 2013.

The hearing officer Cecil M. John had ruled that Nicholls should be compensated for her 12 years of service. This was upheld on March 14 by a tribunal consisting of Benson Plaugh-Feddows, Oswald Robinson and Andrew Woodroffe.
