The Girl Guides Headquarters will be transformed this weekend into a maze of memories, as the St Vincent and the Grenadines Girl Guides Association host their centenary photo exhibition.{{more}} In an effort to commemorate their 100th anniversary, the association is inviting persons to come and view the photographic exhibits, which highlight 100 years of guiding heritage. The exhibition, which begins on Friday, will also feature fun activities for everyone. According to a press release, Guides, Rangers and Brownies are specially invited to come out on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for a photo scavenger hunt and the filming of the documentary “100 Voices.”

The release also stated that the association is inviting persons to bring their families and come to view the photographs that will map out the history of guiding in St Vincent and the Grenadines. A fun and festive atmosphere is guaranteed, with music and food that will be on sale. On Friday, the event is expected to begin at 4:30 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. On Saturday, it will begin at 2 p.m. and run until 6 p.m. and on Sunday, the exhibition will be open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Anyone who wishes to submit their photos to be used in the exhibition can do so by taking them to the Girl Guides Headquarters at Level Gardens by Thursday at 4 p.m. The photo exhibition committee asks that these photos be labelled so that they can be returned at the end of the event.
