Digicel brings ‘Extraordinary’ to customers


Digicel, last Friday, unveiled its new brand promise, “Be Extraordinary”, to the people of St Vincent and the Grenadines.{{more}}

After ten successful years in St Vincent and the Grenadines, Digicel is proud once again to be exciting its customers with a motivational and inspirational call to action and a renewed commitment, a release from the company said.

At the forefront of the new brand promise of “Be Extraordinary”, Digicel is giving its customers “loads of incredible deals” to start them off on their own extraordinary journey.

At Friday’s launch, Digicel St Vincent and the Grenadines unveiled two new rate plans the “Smile Value Plan” and the “59c Plan”.

“Both plans offer even more choice and more value to Digicel’s extraordinary customers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines,” the release said.

Customers who choose the SMILE Value Plan will be able to enjoy all the benefits of Double SMILE when they top up.

“We enhanced Double SMILE in the SMILE Value Plan as we realized that our customers do want choice and do want to enjoy more value. By Doubling the elements of our current SMILE offer we have ensured that customers who want more value are getting it.

“With the SMILE Value Plan customers who top up $10 will get over $3 worth of Free SMS, customers who like long calls can get $50 worth of free local calls when they top up $25, customers making international calls also can get in on the action as when they top up $20 or more they get $40 free for calls to USA, UK Landlines, USVI, Puerto Rico and Canada. In addition the SMILE Value Plan offers customers 120 free talk minutes for every 3 minutes spent on a local Digicel call; now that is real value 2 hours more to talk absolutely free with Digicel,” the release said.

“Be Extraordinary” was also taken to social media where Digicel customers were asked to share extraordinary stories of themselves, as well as to highlight the extraordinary persons in their lives.

According to the release, “cool prizes” will be awarded for the most extraordinary submissions. Customers can submit their extraordinary stories and pictures via Digicel’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
