On May 5, 2013, at Rose Place, Kingstown, Steele, 33, was gunned down in the wee hours of the morning.

David was initially picked up in relation to Steele’s murder, but later released.

21-year-old Jomorni Tash was, on June 3, charged in connection with Steele’s murder, but David was later identified as being a possible accomplice.

A source, who spoke to SEARCHLIGHT on the condition of anonymity, said David is also a person of interest in another investigation.

On June 17, Dwaine Sandy, who had been wanted in connection with a shooting and robbery incident which took place on June 13 in Kingstown, voluntarily returned to St. Vincent from Grenada, accompanied by his lawyer.
