Retired Superintendent of Police, Leroy Latchman will be laid to rest this Sunday, April 7, following a funeral service at the Arnos Vale Church of the Nazarene. {{more}}

Latchman, who also served as head Superintendent of Prisons and head of the Special Services Unit, passed away on March 27, at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.

He was 71.

Latchman enlisted in the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force on November 5, 1964 and retired on January 18, 2000.

SEARCHLIGHT understands that Latchman had been battling with kidney problems and other medical complications.
