Karib Cable donates to help local football team


Karib Cable has come to the assistance of the Max Strikers football team by donating football equipment and team uniforms,{{more}} to facilitate the team’s participation in the Arnos Vale Under-17 competition and the Calliaqua Premier League tournament.

As a result of this sponsorship, the management of the team has decided to brand the team “Karib Cable Max Strikers”, a release from Karib Cable said.

“I cannot express enough gratitude towards Karib Cable for the generosity they have offered to us, making it possible for my teams to be entered, not only in one, but two different tournaments,” said a happy Max Bennett, manager of the Karib Cable Max Strikers, at the presentation ceremony.

Bennett added, “During the summer, Karib Cable was always available to lend their support. The team has received a number of football items like balls, nets, pumps, cones and even refreshments for the players. This football team has been around for 14 years and this is the first time we are really ready for a tournament — and it is all thanks to Karib Cable.”

Garraway explained that the company is pleased to be associated with Karib Cable Max Strikers football team and encourages them to do their best in the competitions.
