The shy pint-sized winner, whose kite dwarfed him and measured a whopping four and a half feet across and six feet in length, collected his prizes with his mother.

“We try to be part of the Karib Cable Kite Flying Competition each year,” said Debra Hackshaw, mother of Keith Ollivierre.

“This year we entered Keith, as last year, my youngest son won the youngest flyer prize. I want to thank Karib Cable firstly for putting on this family event each year and for the different prizes offered – especially my prize, the Acer Notebook and Free Karib Cable internet installation and modem. I have not had Internet service before and I am very excited and thankful that Karib Cable is making this happen!”

“I want to thank the people of Bequia for their continued support of the Karib Cable brand,” said Vance Garraway, Marketing Executive of Karib Cable.

“This year’s Kite Flying Competition was another outstanding community event sponsored by Karib Cable, Premier Distributors, Vita-Malt, Subway and Republic of China (Taiwan), with a very good turnout of kite flying competitors. It was a pleasure to see boys and girls of all ages and entire families taking part in this competition.”
