The Prince’s visit is part of Her Majesty the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations which mark 60 years on the throne.

An official arrival ceremony will be held at the Cruise Ship Berth to officially welcome the royal couple to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

While here, the Royal Couple will make an official visit to the restored Botanic Gardens, where they will plant a pink Poui Tree following an Official Lunch at Government House.

The Royal Couple will visit the Grenadine Island of Bequia, where they will be engaged in planting Royal Palms.

This will mark the end of the Royal visit to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The couple will then head to Grenada for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations there.

Meanwhile, Former Minister of Culture and Head of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations Committee in SVG René Baptiste said she is looking forward to welcoming the royal couple and trusts that it will be an excellent visit.

Other activities will be held here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines until June to commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations.
