BRAGSA employee dies after accident


A post mortem examination will be performed this morning, as police try to determine the cause of death of Glenette Andrews.{{more}}

Andrews, of New Grounds, a village on the windward coast of the mainland, was pronounced dead at the Stubbs Polyclinic on Friday night, after the vehicle in which she was travelling, was involved in a collision with a mini van in the Brighton/Prospect area.

She was an employee of the Roads, Bridges and General Services Authority (BRAGSA).

Andrews, who is said to have been in her early fifties, was travelling with relatives and friends when the accident took place, some time after 6:00 p.m.

She was rushed to the clinic, after reporting that she was not feeling well, shortly after the accident.

Andrews was the mother of three sons and one daughter.(JJ)
