LIME appoints new Head of Consumer Sales and Customer Experience


With the recent appointment of Leslie Jack as General Manager in November 2011, Andrea Liverpool was appointed to take over the responsibilities as Head of Consumer Sales and Customer Experience.{{more}}

Andrea began her career at Cable and Wireless, now LIME, in 2004 as Retail Operations Assistant. During her tenure, she also worked as Fixed Line product Executive and Marketing Analyst, attached to the Marketing Department, with responsibility for managing the performance of the fixed line product and studying and analyzing the companies trends and product performance.

Her most recent position of Customer Solutions Delivery Coordinator (CSDC) saw her excel to become the “go to” person for all retail and corporate customer solutions and marketing propositions and promotions.

She will lead a team whose responsibility will be to deliver the best after sales customer experience coming on the heels of the launch of our new customer service excellence program in November 2011. Her team will manage the relationship with retail distributors, e-top up vendors, partner sales and, most important, the customers and consumer sales.

Her first official duty after taking up her position on January 3, 2012, was to present a LIFETIME prize to Clara Samuel, a 56-year-old Biabou resident. Samuel won the prize during the LIME LIFEIME promotions when she paid her bill in full and on time. So far 20 customers have already accepted prizes for services which include fixed line, mobile and internet services for a LIFETIME.

Liverpool, an Engineering graduate from the University of North London, promised to work closely with her team to deliver the best experience that is expected by customers.

“Service Excellence is going to be a key differentiator for service providers. There is no doubt that LIME is the preferred full service provider since we have been in the business for many years. My role will be to further enhance this experience by ensuring we provide the best value and to lead a well experienced and energetic team to deliver the best service and benefits to our customers.”

Two final prizes will be drawn during the week to decide the winners of the Mazda Demio in our “Beep Beep” promotion and the Grand prize from the Christmas LIMETIME promotion. The Grand prize Christmas winner will receive the prize of a lifetime; fixed line, mobile and Internet services bundled for a LIFETIME.
