The cost of damage associated with the passage of Hurricane Tomas is $150 million, with the Agriculture, Housing and Transportation sectors being the most severely affected.

Hurricane Tomas was the nineteenth named storm and the twelfth hurricane of the 2010 Atlantic hurricane season. The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) is reminding the general public that we are still in the hurricane season and to ensure that they are prepared and in a state of readiness in the event that St. Vincent and the Grenadines is to be impacted.
