The idea of the website was conceptualized by the programme’s coordinator Judith Hull- Ballah as a way of showcasing the need and importance of the work of the RCP in early childhood development in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the wider Caribbean.

“We would like to be more visible and widely known by the Vincentian public, and this medium I thought would be appropriate to do so” explained Hull Ballah.

The website was developed by a Peace Corps Response Volunteer Jonathan Eadie who worked with members of the RCP team for six months in accumulating and implementing the end product. His assignment here is as a result of the ongoing partnership the Roving Caregivers’ Programme and the Peace Corps have had for the past two years.

Comprehensive information is given about the history, work and purpose of the RCP on the website. It includes a friendly interface with a very interactive user-friendly appeal. The address is as follows
