It’s not often persons get money handed to them just like that, but that’s exactly what happened to Emmanuel Cuffy, thanks to Digicel.{{more}}

Last Friday, September 11th, Cuffy collected a cheque for EC$5000 from Digicel’s Marketing Executive Edmund Joachim. Receiving the money at Digicel’s Corporate Offices in the Lewis Building on James Street, Cuffy exclaimed: “I feel good, real good. I feeling happy.” The Prospect resident, who said that he has been using Digicel’s services since their launch locally, won the money as part of a promotion that sought to reward the person who texted the most times to another Digicel number. Two other persons were also rewarded as second place winners. They will each get EC$100 credit every month for 12 months.

Said Cuffy: “Right now I doing some work on my house, so the money come just in time. I will like to say thanks to Digicel, and I would like them to continue with the good work they doing. I feel real great”.

Over the summer, Digicel and their Mad Money Summer Promotion gave five persons each EC$20,000, while every two weeks, 10 prepaid customers are each being given EC$1000 as part of Digicel’s Loyalty Programme.
