The organizer of the event “No Borders Entertainment” transformed the Canouan hardcourt into an entertainment centre which featured a dining area, games area and a dance section. While no admission was charged, residents and visitors were encouraged to support the worthy cause by enjoying authentic West-Indian food , playing dominoes, cards and pool, and dancing to the beat of a disc jokey.

CCA Limited, Raffles Resort on Canouan Island, Axis Limited, Canouan Sailing Club, Moorings, Canouan Anglican Church and private business people in Canouan and St.Vincent were among those who sponsored the event which realized $13,030 EC.

On May 11, the proceeds were handed over to James, who expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the organizers and participants alike.
