Fraser, a Dominican by birth, joined the Education sector of this country on September 8, 1980, when she was appointed as a Graduate Assistant Mistress at the Girls’ High School. Fraser’s move to this country was occasioned by her marriage to Dr Adrian Fraser, Resident Tutor at the School of Continuing Studies of the University of the West Indies.

The reception was attended by Minister of Education Girlyn Miguel, senior members of staff of the Ministry of Education, other colleagues, friends and members of Fraser’s family.

Fraser retires, having risen through the ranks to the post of Senior Education Officer with responsibility for secondary schools.
