This was on the request of the Officer in Charge, Sergeant Sylvester John. Over the past two years, the club has maintained a satisfactory relationship with the police. Services offered included a discussion on the anatomy and functioning of the prostate gland and alterations in its functioning. Sergeant John expressed gratitude on behalf of his staff.

While in Biabou, the club also presented its monthly food basket to 77-year-old Etta Forde. The presentation was witnessed by daughter, Clydell Forde, and husband, Telman Forde. Mrs. Forde is an amputee, having lost a leg due to trauma in1965. Although she is troubled by the normal conditions of ageing, as well as by diabetes and hypertension, she maintains a positive outlook on life and all its challenges.

The District Nurse, Staff Nurse Gailann Williams, identified Mrs. Forde. She also assisted with the Health Assessments.
