G-G hosts party for disabled persons



A Christmas party for persons with disabilities was held last Saturday, December 1, under the patronage of Governor-General Sir Frederick Ballantyne.{{more}}

This event took place at the Government House, and the approximately 80 to 90 children, parents, and teachers in attendance were in high spirits.

Taiwanese Ambassador Jack Yu-Tai Cheng joined Governor-General Sir Frederick Ballantyne and Patricia Cumberbatch, the Chairperson of National Society of Persons with disabilities, to present gifts and toys to the disabled children on this occasion. Ambassador Cheng also wished the children Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
