Vincy Flavours showcases Saturday



Under the theme “The Essence of Tradition – Savouring a Cocktail of SVG’s Food and Beverage Flavours,” the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Hotel and Tourism Association’s Vincy Flavours 2007 will showcase the many culinary traditions of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and introduce new and exciting creations on Saturday, November 17.{{more}}

On that day, Heritage Square will come alive with the sights, smells, tastes and sounds of local culinary delights and other aspects of our local culture. Featured Foods for this year’s event will be – Yam, Callaloo, Herbs, Pork, Golden Apple and Sunset Rum.

Vincy Flavours 2007 will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and members of the general public are invited to participate in this exciting event.
