Cummings said that education is not just academic but is also cultural and his group intends to teach people through food and other means how close the Caribbean is.

He said one of the ways they have been doing this was through a food sale held on March 12 in Kingstown.

He also mentioned that the group had a symposium on March 4, at the Methodist Church Hall where various other young leader groups were invited to speak on their programme and to discuss the topic ” Strenghtening Caribbean Society.”

The Grammar School Young Leaders also plan to organize a celebrity sport match with local personalities and artistes. They will conclude their project with a “Caribbean Night” concert where persons will wear Caribbean clothing at the event.
