The date for one of the seasonâs most highly anticipated events, the Uncle Skinnyâs Kids Carnival 3, has been changed.{{more}}
Initially, the event was scheduled to take place on June 16, Fatherâs Day. However, according to Stickman Entertainment, the date was changed to June 22, to facilitate the expansion of the Water World at the event.
The organizers said since the event was first held two years ago, the Water World has been one of the major attractions.
âI donât want anybody to be disappointedâ¦â said Alex âKubiyashiâ Barnwell, one of the members of Stickman Entertainment, at a press conference Wednesday.
âThis is a very tedious task that requires a lot of preparation and time and the people that are responsible for this have ensured that we will be putting on a quality event to ensure that everybody enjoys.
âAs you are familiar with Stickman Entertainment, we like to improve every year. We like to do better than we did the year before. Hence the reason we want to come out with our guns blazing and make this event a dynamic event,â he added.
The water world attraction will, this year, feature two water slides instead of one, as has been the case in previous years.
âLast year, we had one and that caused a problem, because we had a lot of people that were going in it. So, this year we are actually going to put them on two and we have bumper boats this time,â he added.
Barnwell also said that tickets which have already been purchased are still valid.
This yearâs Uncle Skinnyâs Kids Carnival will also feature an arcade room, Go Kart racing, dips, punch boards, and face painting. (AA)
