A release from the group said “The recent upsurge of violence in St. Vincent and the Grenadines has been met with calls from communities across St. Vincent and the Grenadines for greater emphasis on good neighborly behavior, tolerance, togetherness, respect and peace as a means of promoting conflict resolution and maintaining law and order.”

On December 2, the group will, therefore, host a major Reggae concert at the Victoria Park titled “REFLECTION- the Love, Peace and Harmony CONCERT” featuring legendary international recording superstars Barrington Levy and Junior Reid.

The concert is being held in collaboration with corporate sponsors: Digicel (St. Vincent) , St. Vincent Brewery Ltd and private individuals of like mind.

Thomas Browne Promotions is the organization that produced the charity event “Soca Relief” that benefited the people of Georgetown affected by Hurricane Tomas.

“The group is fully committed to assisting the varied efforts being undertaken throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines to stem the wave of violence permeating throughout the State through its promoting of positive entertainment; and to thereby reinforce the virtues of togetherness, unity and peace,” a release from the organization said.

REFLECTION is primarily intended as a family event but will also serve to bring Vincentians of all musical affinity and persuasion together for a positive and uplifting experience. The choice of BARRINGTON LEVI and JUNIOR REID is based on the fact that the two artistes are internationally known and acclaimed for their messages of love, peace and harmony.

Thomas Browne Promotions takes this opportunity to welcome, in advance all supporters and well- wishers to the Event on Friday, December 2 2011, at the Victoria Park.
