Miss La Soufriere too hot to handle

ROneasha Lorraine, Miss La Soufriere, was crowned Miss North Windward last Friday night at the Langley Park Boxing Plant.{{more}}

The seventeen-year-old Lorraine beat Shaffiquer Nanton (Miss Bloody Bridge) and Shanell Pierre Miss Black Point into the first and second runner-up positions respectively.

It was an all-round performance for Lorraine as she won the Best Swimwear and Evening Wear categories.

Miss Congeniality was won by Suellwynn Spring, Miss Owia Salt Pond; Miss Photogenic went to Shanell Pierre, Miss Black Point, and the Best Talent and Interview categories were taken by Shaffiquer Nanton.

The night featured guest artistes including GAO, New Sensation and Poorsah and Mas presentations from Sting Power-Searchlight tribes Carnival Band and Xtreme Fanatics.
