DJ Neppy gets first sip of Heineken Green Synergy

D.J Neppy of Sharpes won the first leg of the Heineken Green Synergy D.J Clash held at the Bay View Car Park on Saturday night.{{more}}

“I am extremely excited about participating in the Heineken Green Synergy D.J Competition,” said an elated Dujon Neptune a.k.a D. J Neppy. “I felt real good about my performance tonight and I am looking forward to the finals so that I can show my fans my true skills in the DJ Clash.”

A huge crowd was on hand to witness D.J Neppy beat D.J Shatta 9 a.k.a Richie Weekes for a place in the finals. The order of action for the clash was:

Round 1 – 10 minutes of non-stop juggling

Round 2 – Tune for Tune

“Events are the lifeblood of the Heineken Green Synergy D.J Program, and over the past five years, the creativity, sophistication and excitement of the events have grown tremendously,” said Wayne Murphy, Sales & Marketing Manager of St. Vincent Brewery Limited. “We saw a huge crowd at Bay View Car Park, and this shows that the Heineken brand is connecting to the target audience.”

The winner of the Heineken Green Synergy Finals will receive $5,000 and represent St. Vincent & the Grenadines at the US$10,000 Regional Finals in St. Maarten.
