Biker Babes to clash in beauty pageant tonight
Later this evening, Garcia Charles is expected to make her final walk as Miss Biker Babe as she hands over her crown to the heir to the throne.{{more}}
The beauty pageant, which is fast becoming a staple of the independence calendar, takes place at the Colours Entertainment Centre, beginning at 8 p.m.
Charles will be replaced by one of five women, who will contest the throne, appearing in bike wear, cocktail dress, swim wear, talent and interview.
The five women are Jeanine Knights, sponsored by Brianâs Garage; Nateisha Fraser, sponsored by S & J Maloney; Star FMâs Stacy Kelly; Asha Browne- Miss XL Energy Drink, and Shemeika Matthews, sponsored by Square Deal Shippers.
Meanwhile, the pageantâs organizers, the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Motorcycle Association, has in place a new Executive which will serve for the next two years.
The Executive has at its helm Leslie Kennedy, who was re-elected as president.
Anthony Delpesche was elected Vice president, with Marvo OâBrien Morgan the General Secretary. Assistant Secretary is Zillian Neverson, Treasurer Justin Da Silva, Assistant Treasurer Antonio Stephenson, Jumo Grant Public Relations Officer, Assistant PRO Rennie Williams and Events Planner Brian Robertson.
The committee members are Jenilee Burnette, Fantana Cuffy, Somorrow Joseph Dean Primus and Merlon Yearwood.
