Corcel walked away with the best talent segment, while second runner up Shemika Matthews representing Petit Bordel won the best evening wear and interview segments. Veronique Williams representing Chateaubelair won the people’s choice award and the best swim wear category. Alisha Jack of Rose Bank was judged Miss Congeniality while Miss Fitz Hughes Shanese Victory was judged Miss Photogenic.

Miss North Leeward 2008 says she has no plans to enter another beauty pageant but will make herself available to any young lady from her community who aspires to enter a beauty pageant. Her advice to the other young people is to follow their dreams and reach for the sky.
