Lynx Mas band gets sponsorship for vincy mas
FirstCaribbean has announced its continued sponsorship of the Lynx Organisation Mass Band this year.
The Bandâs presentation for Vincy Mass 2006 is Abracadabra, which features magical sections such as Wing Weaver, Drak Magician and Carousi Fighter.{{more}}
This will be the second year that Lynx Organisation will be participating in Vincy Mas. In its first appearance last year, the Sion Hill-based Mas Bandâs presentation âBooks that we loveâ won the Section of the Band title. The Band also placed third in the Junior Sections of the Bands and Queen of the Bands, and was sixth in the Band of the Year competition.
As part of its community outreach programme, FirstCaribbean has also made donations to the LEO Clubs of St Vincentâs LEO Convention 2006, the National Society of Persons with Disabilities and the St Benedictâs Day Nursery and Infant Hospital.
