The Vincentian contingent was joined by seventeen (17) members of the Grenada Motorcycle Club.

Among the highlights of the week’s activities were the presentation of a quantity of school supplies valued at EC$2,300.00 to the Gros Islet Primary School, and the delivery of a food basket to an indigent elderly woman. The food basket had a value in excess of EC$400.00.

This was a joint effort by the Grenadian and Vincentian teams.

The main sporting event was the Motor Cross. Competitors were from Martinique, St. Lucia, Grenada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Mr. Dwight “Smoke Dog” Bibby, was the sole participant from St. Vincent. He gave a creditable performance, placing 3rd in one of the races. The event was a test of experience, skill, innovation and speed of bike. “Smoke Dog” demonstrated that he had all the criteria to be a contender in such a highly competitive event.

Mr. Dennis Murray of St. Vincent placed first in the best bike competition. There were fourteen (14) other competitors.
